Payments
Hotel Stays:- To secure a hotel room, we take a deposit equal to the cost of the first night's stay from your credit card. You pay for any subsequent nights plus the cost of any meals or drinks when you check out. However, you may prefer to pay for your meals and drinks on a nightly basis.
Cottage Bookings:- We take a deposit equal to half the total rental cost when you book your cottage. The balance will be due 4 weeks ahead of your arrival. Please note that all cottage bookings are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the cottage.
Please note that due to a rise in bank charges, there is a surcharge of 3% if paying by credit card or overseas debit cards. Please note there are is no surcharge for if paying with UK debit cards or by cash. Due to difficulties processing cheque payments we prefer not to receive payment by cheque.

Terms & Conditions
Hotel Bookings:- If you cancel within 14 days of your intended arrival, you will be liable for the full cost of the booking, including any meals booked, if we are unable to re-let the room. If you cancel more than 14 days before your intended arrival , you will be liable for the cost of the first night's accommodation. In all cases the room(s) will be re-advertised and every effort will be made to re-let the room(s).
Cottage Bookings:- All cottage deposits are non refundable unless we are able to re-let the cottage. If you cancel within 28 days of your intended arrival you will also be liable for the balance owed on the cottage. In all cases, every effort will be made to re-let the cottage and they will be re-advertised on late availability accommodation websites.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that can cover this eventuality - This insurance is relatively inexpensive.
Refunds:- In all cases, refunds given by us are subject to a 10% handling fee to cover administration costs.
