For hotel bookings, we take an amount equal to the first night's accommodation. For cottage bookings we take 50% percent of the hire charge.

We update the calendar daily and always after receiving a booking. If a particular room appears not to be available for the whole of your proposed stay please call us on 01681 704288, as rooms booked via email or phone, are generally allocated by preference of a loch view, or maybe a shower instead of a bath, not always by specific room. Cancellation Policy

Hotel Bookings:- If you cancel within 14 days of your intended arrival, you will be liable for the full cost of the booking, including any meals booked, if we are unable to re-let the room. If you cancel more than 14 days before your intended arrival , you will be liable for the cost of the first night's accommodation. In all cases the room(s) will be re-advertised and every effort will be made to re-let the room(s).

Cottage Bookings:- All cottage deposits are non refundable unless we are able to re-let the cottage. If you cancel within 28 days of your intended arrival you will also be liable for the balance owed on the cottage. In all cases, every effort will be made to re-let the cottage and they will be re-advertised on late availability accommodation websites.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that can cover this eventuality - This insurance is relatively inexpensive.

Refunds:- In all cases, refunds given by us are subject to a 10% handling fee which covers charges and commissions levied by our bank and various credit card clearing companies.
